Game Plan:
Focus on smart storage solutions, particularly in the kitchen,
Implement quick and affordable upgrades, fresh paint, new hardware, plants, art shift and decorative pillows.
Rearranging furniture to optimize room layouts.
Made a dedicated dining area.
BEDROOM: splash of paint, updated window treatments, swapped out some rugs,
added luxurious silk fan headboard and added soft textural neutral linens and decor.
The result? 1) A space that whispers "Buy me!" without shouting "Someone else lives here!" 2) This got an offer for asking price within 3 weeks of listing.
